BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

Method
Place 6 drumsticks on your BBQ or grill and leave to cook for 25 minutes turning halfway.
While the chicken drumsticks are cooking begin preparation of the spicy rice.
Finely chop 1 red pepper and half an onion and add to a frying pan with the chilli powder, paprika and cumin for 3-4 minutes.
Add the white rice to the frying pan along with the 360ml of chicken stock bring to the boil and cover for 20 minutes.
Boil your corn for 5 minutes and place on the BBQ or grill to finish cooking.
Finish by glazing the drumsticks in BBQ sauce and sprinkle with coriander.
