Chicken Breakfast Muffin

Method
- Pre-heat oil to 180°C, place 1 homestyle crunchy breaded fillet into your deep fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes, for a healthier alternative you can oven bake at 220°C for 20-25 minutes.
- To prepare the egg place a pan on medium heat and spray with vegetable oil, place cracked egg into a ring mold and break the yolk. Add a small amount of water on the outside of the ring and cover with a lid, leave to cook for roughly 3-4 minutes.
- Slice a muffin and lightly toast, place a slice of cheese, the cooked egg and homestyle breaded fillet and serve with a choice of red or brown sauce.
