Indian Chicken Burger

Method
Pre-heat oil in the deep fryer to 180°C. Place 1 Meadow Vale 140-160g Breaded Fillet in the fryer for 5-7 minutes.
While the breaded fillet is cooking begin preparing the burger.
Start by layering the burger with the minted riata and lettuce leaves.
Place the onion bhaji into the fryer and cook for 1-2 minutes, add to the bun and top with the sliced cheese and mango chutney.
Finally finish by removing the chicken fillet from the fryer and placing into the burger.
