This classic deserves a place on the menu, start by cooking the Chicken and Fries using your preferred cooking method (Our Battered Chicken Fillets are ideal for oven baking). Toast the Brioche bun using a char-grill or salamander. Layer up the burger starting with Mayo, Lettuce, Red Onion Slices, Tomato Slices, Ketchup and Cheese Slice. Top with The Chicken Fillet and Bun. Serve with Skin on Fries. A simple menu idea that hits the spot every time.
Cooking options:
Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Place the chicken fillets on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes
Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 180°C/350°F. Fully immerse the chicken fillets in the hot oil and deep fry for 5-6 minutes, drain and serve.
