Method
Choose your preferred method of cooking for the Chicken portion
Whilst the chicken is cooking, deep fry root vegetable chips at 180 degrees for 3-4 minutes.
Heat chicken gravy in a sauce pan until it exceeds 73 degrees and heat Yorkshire puddings in the oven for 4-5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Oven roast vine tomatoes with a little olive oil. Serve all ingredients on a tray topped with grease proof paper.

Oven Bake: Pre-heat the oven to 220°C/ 425°F/ Gas Mark 7. Place the chicken portions on a baking tray at the centre of the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Always ensure that the product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat the oil to 170°C/ 325°F. Fully immerse the chicken portions into the oil and fry for 18-22 minutes. Drain and serve. Always ensure that the product is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
