Thai Style Noodle Box
Serves 1
Method
Blend coconut milk, sweet chilli sauce and coriander to create the Thai Sauce.
Blanch noodles for 2 minutes and drain.
Heat the skewers using your preferred cooking method, combine the noodles, Thai sauce, Satay Skewers and sliced spring onion and chillies on a hot wok for 2 minutes.
Serve immediately
Cooking Options:
Microwave – Heat on full powers for 2 minutes using an 800w microwave. Adjust accordingly for different power outputs.
Oven bake – Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees, place on a baking tray for 10-12 minutes. Turn once half way through cooking.
