Method

  1. Pre-heat oil in the deep fryer to 180°C. Place 2 homestyle breaded chicken strips in the fryer for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Building the taco: layer with lettuce, tomato, red onion, red chilli, avocado and sour cream.
  3. Season with salt & pepper and place 1 homestyle strip into each taco.
  4. Serve with a wedge of lime and hot salsa.
