Ingredients
- Sizzling Chargrilled Chicken Skewer x 3
- Chip Shop Chips x 200g
- Hot Honey x 30ml
- Buffalo Sauce x 30ml
- Mayo x 5ml
- Smokey BBQ Sauce x 30ml
- Batter x 150ml
- Spring Onion x 10g
- Chillis x 10g
- Sesame Seeds x 5g
- Coriander x 5g
- Crispy Onions x 5g
Method
Step 1
Defrost the Sizzling Original Skewers overnight. Prepare the batter by mixing the self-raising flour with sparkling water until smooth.
Step 2
Finely slice the chillies and spring onions lengthways and set aside for garnish.
Step 3
Dip the skewers into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated, then deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4
Coat the skewers in the three different sauces, garnish as desired with the chillies and spring onions. Serve.
