BBQ Shredded Chicken Sub Roll


Great food for on the go, add some BBQ Shredded Chicken to a classic footlong bread roll and create the ultimate lunchtime feast!

Ingredients
- Crispy Shredded Chicken x 75g
- BBQ Sauce x 45g
- Sub Style Bread Roll x1
- Lettuce x 20g
- Tomato Slices x 3
- Pickled Pink Slaw x 25g
- Mayonnaise x 15g
- Nacho Cheese Sauce x 50g
- Chives x 3g
- Crispy Onions x 5g
- Pickled Red Onions x 5g
Method
Step 1
Wash and slice the lettuce and tomatoes. And finely chop the chives.
Step 2
Cook the shredded chicken using your preferred cooking method.
Step 3
Slice the sub roll down the middle and apply mayonnaise followed by the lettuce, tomatoes, pickled onions, crispy onions and slaw.
Step 4
Place the cooked shredded chicken in a mixing bowl and drizzle over the BBQ sauce. Mix well so the chicken is evenly covered in sauce.
Step 5
Place the shredded chicken in the sub roll and drizzle over the cheese sauce and garnish it with chopped chives. Close the sub roll. Serve.
