Ingredients
- Sizzling Shawarma Chargrilled Chicken Boneless Thigh x1
- Large Tortilla Wrap x 1
- Spiced Mediterranean Rice x 20g
- Lettuce x 10g
- Fries x 200g
- Sliced Tomato x 2
- Red Pepper Houmous x 15g
- Pickled Pink Slaw - 10g
- Cloves of Garlic x 1
- Half a Red Onion
- Parsley x 2g
- Splash of Vinegar
- Pinch of Rock Salt
Method
Step 1
Cook the Sizzling Shawarma Chargrilled Chicken Boneless Thigh fillet using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the fillet is cooking, cook your fries then slice and wash the lettuce.
Step 3
Prepare your marinated tomatoes by slicing the tomatos then add the garlic, parsley, red wine vinegar and rock salt to a bowl before leaving to marinade for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Lay a tortilla wrap on a flat surface and add some red pepper houmous.
Step 5
Build the wrap with chopped lettuce, marinated tomato, rice and pickled pink slaw.
Step 6
Slice the cooked shawarma thigh then add to the wrap.
Step 7
Wrap tightly in tinfoil, cut in half then add fries. Serve.
