Ingredients

  • Homestyle XXL Chicken Fillet x 1
  • Brioche Bun x 1
  • Korean BBQ Sauce x 50ml
  • Lettuce x 20g
  • Chillis x 10g
  • Spring Onions x 10g

Method

Step 1

Cook the HomeStyle XXL Chicken Fillet and chips using your preferred method until golden, crispy, and cooked through.

Step 2

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the chilli shreds by finely slicing the chillies and spring onions. Rinse under cold water and leave to curl. Set aside.

Step 3

Once the HomeStyle XXL Chicken Fillet is fully cooked, submerge it in Korean BBQ sauce and coat evenly. Wash and finely shred the lettuce, ready for assembly.

Step 4

Lightly toast the brioche bun. Spread mayonnaise on the base, then layer with shredded iceberg lettuce. Add the sauced chicken fillet on top.

Step 5

Finish with the chilli shreds. Serve with fries and add extra chicken if desired.
