An indulgent dessert burger inspired by the classic American pairing of peanut butter and jelly and using two glazed doughnuts for buns, this showstopper will be as popular on your socials as it is on your menu!

Ingredients

  • Meadow Vale Southern Fried Chicken Fillet x 1
  • Glazed Doughnuts x 2
  • Crunchy Peanut Butter 20g
  • Raspberry Jam 20g
  • Crispy Fried Onions 10g

Method

Step 1

Start cooking the Meadow Vale Southern Fried Chicken Fillet using your preferred cooking method.

Step 2

Whilst the chicken is cooking grill the doughnuts on the griddle until caramelised and crisp on both sides.

Step 3

Start to build the burger by spreading peanut butter on one side and jam onto one side of separate doughnuts.

Step 4

Add the Southern Fried Fillet between the two doughnuts and sprinkle crispy onions over the top. Serve.
