Peri Peri Shredded Chicken Mac & Cheese


This loaded Mac & Cheese will offer a delicious fiery kick of Peri Peri Shredded Chicken to the traditional American style dish.

Ingredients
- Peri Peri Shredded Chicken 75g
- Macaroni 100g
- Béchamel Sauce 200ml
- Nacho Cheese Sauce 25g
- Spring Onions 10g
- Chillies 10g
- Coriander 3g
- Pickled Pink Slaw 25g
Method
Step 1
Place the macaroni in a pan of boiling water and cook till al dente.
Step 2
Whilst the macaroni is cooking, pre heat a sauce pan and add a knob of butter and a tablespoon of plain flour to make a roux. Add 200ml of whole milk and 50g grated cheddar cheese and whisk until a smooth sauce is made. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
Step 4
Cook the Peri Peri Shredded Chicken using your preferred cooking option in as little as 90 seconds! Then pour the macaroni into a serving bowl and top with the Peri Peri Shredded Chicken.
Step 5
Drizzle over the nacho cheese sauce then garnish the dish with sliced spring onions and chillies. Then cover with pickle pink slaw and sliced coriander. Serve.
