Salt & Pepper Chicken Loaded Fries

Ingredients
- Salt and Pepper Shredded Chicken 75g
- Fries 200g
- Spring Onions 10g
- Chillies 10g
- Nacho Cheese Sauce 50g
- BBQ Sauce 30g
- Cajun Seasoning 2g
- Pickled Pink Slaw 25g
- Coriander 3g
Method
Step 1
Cook the fries and shredded chicken using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the fries and chicken are cooking, slice the spring onions, chillies and coriander.
Step 3
Once the fries are cooked place them in a bowl and mix in the Cajun seasoning, ensuring the fries are evenly covered.
Step 4
Place the fries on a lined serving tray and drizzle over nacho cheese sauce. Then place the shredded chicken over the top and apply another drizzle of the cheese sauce and BBQ sauce. Garnish the dish by sprinkling the spring onions, peppers, pickled pink slaw and sliced coriander over the top. Serve.
