Smokey Stacked Cajun Chicken Club


A club sandwich like no other, featuring bold Cajun spice and smoky chargrilled flavour, this on-trend club will be a hit on the menu!

Ingredients
- Meadow Vale Sliced Cajun Chicken Breast 5mm x 100g
- Guacamole x 40g
- Wholemeal Seeded Bloomer x 3 Slices
- Baby Spinach x 20g
- Beef Tomato Slices x 3
- Mayo x 10g
- Vegetable Crisps x 50g
Method
Step 1
Defrost chicken overnight in the fridge.
Step 2
Slice the beef tomatoes and then wash the baby spinach.
Step 3
Toast 3 slices of bloomer bread and lay them side by side. Spread two slices with mayonnaise and one with guacamole.
Step 4
Start with a mayonnaise spread slice of toast and layer with baby spinach and sliced beef tomato.
Step 5
Stack the toast spread with guacamole and add the 5mm Cajun Sliced Chicken Breast and sandwich with the final piece of toast.
Step 6
Slice in half and add vegetable crisps. Serve
