Meadow Vale Foods were proud to present the Best Multiple Operator award to Harlees Fish and Chips at the 2023 National Fish and Chip awards.

The winners of this year’s awards were announced at an exclusive ceremony hosted by the National Federation of Fish Friers and hosted by comedian and presenter, Jason Manford in London on Tuesday 28 February.

The event proved to be an evening of celebration attended by over 600 guests including many of our customers, who in the past year have worked hard to provide a quality service at Fish and Chip businesses nationwide.

As a leading supplier of poultry products to the fish and chip market, we were delighted to sponsor and present the Multiple Operator awards, celebrating businesses who manage three or more sites across the UK.

After an extensive judging process completed by an anonymous panel of industry experts, it was a pleasure to present the award to Harlees Fish and Chips, who operate eight restaurants across Dorset and Wiltshire.

Harlees beat The Chesterford Group in Hertfordshire and Bells Fish & Chips in Durham for the title and presenting the award was Managing Director of Meadow Vale Foods, Nigel O’Donnell.

Nigel spoke of his delight to present the award and commended the hard work of all the finalists over the past year:
