Ingredients
- Meadow Vale Pickin' Chicken x 150g
- Gnocchi x 300g
- Chopped Coriander x 3g
- Pickled Pink Slaw x 30g
- Gochujang Sauce x 50ml
- Lime x 1/2
Method
Step 1
Cook the Meadow Vale Pickin’ Chicken and the gnocchi using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Once cooked, toss the Pickin’ Chicken in the gochujang sauce in a mixing bowl until each piece is evenly coated.
Step 3
Layer the crispy gnocchi into your serving dish, then top with the gochujang coated Pickin’ Chicken. Drizzle any remaining gochujang sauce over the gnocchi for extra flavour.
Step 4
Finish with a sprinkle of pickled pink slaw and chopped coriander, then add a squeeze of fresh lime. Serve.
