Loaded Shredded Chicken Nachos
Shredded Chicken Loaded Nachos, quick and easy to prepare and great for sharing!
Ingredients
- Salt and Chilli Shredded Chicken 100g
- Nachos 110g
- Nacho Cheese Sauce 50g
- Spring Onions 10g
- Chillies 10g
- Coriander 3g
- Pickled Pink Slaw 25g
- Soured Cream and Chive Sauce 30g
- Guacamole 30g
Method
Step 1
Wash and slice the spring onions, chillies and coriander.
Step 2
Place the nachos on a lined serving tray, drizzle over the nacho cheese and place in the centre of a hot oven for 5 mins.
Step 3
Whilst the cheese is melting, cook the shredded chicken using your preferred cooking method.
Step 4
Remove the nachos from oven and place the shredded chicken over the top. Garnish the dish with spring onions and chillies. Drizzle over the soured cream and add a couple of dollops of guacamole then sprinkle over the sliced coriander.
