Ingredients
- Sizzling Shawarma Chargrilled Chicken Boneless Thigh x 4
- Sizzling Original Chargrilled Chicken Fillets x 2
- San Francisco Sourdough Roll x 1
- Sweet Chilli Hummus x 100g
- Tzatziki x 30g
- Shredded Lettuce x 40g
- Tomato Slices x 6
- Chilli Sauce x 30g
- Mozzarella Slices x 2
- Coleslaw x 50g
- Hot Sauce x 20g
- Garlic Butter x 50g
- Chillies x 15g
Method
Step 1
Cook the Sizzling Shawarma Chargrilled Chicken Boneless Thighs and the Sizzling Chicken Original Chargrilled Fillets using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the chicken is cooking, lightly toast the San Francisco sourdough roll.
Step 3
Once the bread is toasted, layer the base with garlic butter, chillies and the sweet chilli hummus.
Step 4
Once chicken is cooked, layer on the 4 Sizzling Shawarma Chargrilled Chicken Boneless Thighs and drizzle tzatziki over the top.
Step 5
Add the shredded lettuce, chopped tomato slices and chilli sauce.
Step 6
Then add the 2 Sizzling Chicken Original Chargrilled Fillets and melt the mozzarella slices over the top. .
Step 7
Top with coleslaw and even more hot sauce. Then slice & serve.
