Chicken Tikka Diced Spud

Ingredients
- Meadow Vale 10mm Diced Tikka Chicken x 50g
- Jacket Potato x 1
- Tikka Sauce x 100g
- Sour Cream x 20g
- Pickled Rainbow Slaw x 10g
- Crispy Onions x 40g
- Spring Onions x 10g
- Chives x 5g
- Vinegar x 20ml
- Coleslaw x 30g
Method
Step 1
Cook the jacket potato until the skin is crisp and the inside is fluffy.
Step 2
Make the pickled rainbow slaw by mixing grated carrot and shredded red and white cabbage with vinegar, then season to taste.
Step 3
Heat up the tikka sauce and add diced tikka chicken, simmer until hot throughout.
Step 4
Cut open the jacket potato and fill with the chicken tikka mix. Once filled, top with sour cream, sliced spring onions, and chives.
Step 5
Add a side of crispy onions & picked slaw. Serve.
