- Meadow Vale The Original Southern Fried Chicken Strips (50g) x 3
- Mini Brioche Buns x 3
- Lettuce x 20g
- Sliced Tomatoes x 5
- Sliced Cucumber x 5
- Red Onion x 1
- Radish x 1
- Chillies x 1
- Spring Onion x 1
- American Cheese Slice x 1
- Skin on Fries x 100g
- Mayo x 15ml
- Mixed Leaves x 100g
- Pink Slaw x 10g
- Cajun Seasoning x 5g
Method
Step 1
Cook The Original Southern Fried Chicken Strips & skin on fries using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the chicken strips & fries are cooking, wash and prepare the lettuce.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, radish & finely chop the chillies & spring onion.
Step 4
Layer the mini brioche buns with mayo, lettuce, sliced tomato, cucumber & pink slaw. Then add the cheese and one chicken strip to each bun.
Step 5
Serve alongside skin on fries loaded with Cajun seasoning, chillies & spring onions and also a fresh side salad of mixed leaves, sliced tomato, red onion, cucumber & radish. Serve.
