A burger straight from the main man himself, our friend, The Fat Foodie, this belly busting double buttermilk fillet Big Boi Burger will have you in a good place for a long time!
Ingredients
- Homestyle Buttermilk Fillets x 2
- Brioche Bun x 1
- Fries x 100g
- Lollo Rosso x 10g
- Beef Tomato x 2 slices
- Crinkle Cut Gherkins x 3
- Pink Pickled Slaw x 20g
- Cheese x 100g
- Milk x 60ml
- Butter x 50g
- Flour x 50g
- Hot Honey Drizzle x 15ml
- Hot Honey Mayo x 10ml
Method
Step 1
Start by cooking the Homestyle Buttermilk Chicken Fillets and fries using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the chicken and fries are cooking, wash and slice the lettuce and tomato.
Step 3
Make the Hot Honey Mayo by mixing some hot honey, mayonnaise and sweet chilli sauce.
Step 4
Make the cheese sauce by adding 50g of butter to a pan. Once melted add 50g of flour and cook out. Add 60ml of hot milk and combine. Once the flour has cooked out add 100g of cheese.
Step 5
Toast the Brioche bun and then start to build the burger starting with the hot honey mayo then adding lollo rosso, beef tomato, pink pickled slaw and gherkins.
Step 6
Next smother both buttermilk fillets with cheese sauce and top with hot honey. Serve.
